Follow this guide to connect your devices, set your goals, and get your AI Coach working in minutes.

Download VitalVek and create your account

Download VitalVek from the App Store. Tap Create Account and choose a username and password. Add your email address for password recovery. Complete the setup flow. VitalVek calculates your calorie and macro targets automatically using your stats and goal.

Your data is stored on your device and backed up to your private account. It is never sold or shared.

Choose your training schedule

During setup you will choose how many days per week you train and what split style fits your goals. You can change this anytime in Settings. VitalVek tracks your weekly volume by muscle group against your targets.

Connect your wearables

Oura Ring

  1. Open Oura app
  2. Go to Account, Developer Tools
  3. Copy your Personal Access Token
  4. In VitalVek: Settings, Connected Devices, Oura
  5. Paste token and tap Save

WHOOP

  1. In VitalVek: Settings, Connected Devices
  2. Tap Connect WHOOP
  3. Log in with your WHOOP account
  4. Authorize VitalVek

Stelo CGM

  1. In VitalVek: Settings, Connected Devices
  2. Tap Connect Stelo
  3. Log in with your Dexcom account
  4. Authorize VitalVek

Renpho Scale

  1. Open Renpho app
  2. Go to Profile, Connect, Apple Health
  3. Enable body composition data
  4. VitalVek reads this automatically

Upload your bloodwork

Go to Progress, then Health, then Lab Results. Tap the + button to add individual markers from your most recent panel. VitalVek prioritizes critical flags and tracks your intervention progress between retests. Your Coach references your lab values in every conversation.

Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp panels work best. Add the date of your test so VitalVek can track trends over time.

Start talking to your Coach

Tap the Coach button on the Dashboard. Your Coach already knows your macros, workout streak, check-in scores, and lab flags. Ask it anything about your health. It can also log data for you.

Free plan includes 30 Coach messages per month. Resets on the 1st of each month.

Compare progress with friends

Go to Settings, then Friends and search for friends by username. Control what you share in Settings, then Sharing Settings. Compare workout streaks, wellness scores, nutrition compliance, and more side by side.

Your Coach is powered by Claude AI and knows your health data, goals, and lab results. It gives specific answers based on your actual numbers, not generic advice.
